October 8, 2012 | Leave a comment The official ribbon cutting happened this past Saturday at the Plaza. It was during the Safety Day event at Bayne Park. Council President Linda Woshner gave a quick speech first. I was then chosen to ollie the stair-set through the ribbon. My first attempt I actually ollied over the ribbon. With the ribbon raised higher, the second jump was a success. Plank Eye Board Shop donated various skateboard products that were raffled off throughout the day. The event was a success.
